Exploring the shift

The moment this work is built for

T2M Intro

A technically strong performer is beginning to look beyond the work itself and ask whether leading people is the next right responsibility.

Why this program exists

A promotion may be approaching, or the role may already be changing, but the participant needs a structured way to see what leadership will ask of them.

Intro creates a complete eight-week readiness experience. It is not a sample lesson or a discounted Core.
