Dominic grew up around the trades. Plumbing was not something he discovered later—it was part of his world from the beginning. He developed through hands-on roles in plumbing and HVAC, then stepped into supervision, management, and operational leadership.
As responsibility grew, so did his awareness of a common problem: companies promote strong performers and expect them to know how to lead, develop, and align people without ever teaching them how.
